What we expect from you We expect from our employees: ATO graduates start with an APS 3 salary of $75,000 ($65,609 plus 15.4% Super).

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will enter an APS 4 salary package of $84,000 ($73,086 plus 15.4% Super). As an APS 4, you can earn a total salary of up to $91,539 ($79,323 plus 15.4% Super). You must be an Australian citizen and be prepared to undergo police, morality and health checks if necessary. After confirming your availability and receiving a satisfactory integrity check, we will send you a formal offer. If you succeed, we will make you a formal offer.
